Geplant ist der direkte Vergleich von 2 Powermetern in mehreren Einheiten mit verschiedenen Intervallen, durchgef\u00fchrt auf der freien Rolle.<\/p>\n<p>Am Start die folgenden Powermeter:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Power2Max Typ S, Laufleistung ~ 40.000 km, Datenerfassung durch Zwift<\/li>\n<li>Hinterrad mit gebrauchter Powertap G3 Nabe, Laufleistung unbekannt, frische Lager, Datenerfassung durch Garmin Edge 530<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Test 1: L2- und L3-Intervalle<\/h3>\n<p>Bereits kurz nach Beginn der Einheit f\u00e4llt auf, dass die Powertap-Nabe wesentlich agiler auch auf kleine Leistungs\u00e4nderungen reagiert. Der P2M Powermeter reagiert dagegen vergleichsweise tr\u00e4ge. Ein bekannter Fakt, der f\u00fcrs t\u00e4gliche Training nicht unbedingt relevant ist. Tendenziell scheint die Differenz im Verlauf der Einheit etwas geringer zu werden. Ebenso ist der Unterschied bei h\u00f6heren Wattwerten kleiner als bei geringeren.<\/p>\n<p>Im Goldencheetah-Diagramm lassen sich beide Kurven sehr gut vergleichen, auch hier ist die Tendenz zu geringer werdenden Differenzen nach einiger Zeit zu erkennen.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1149\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kuehnle-ac.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Leistung_-300x70.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"625\" height=\"146\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kuehnle-ac.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Leistung_-300x70.png 300w, https:\/\/www.kuehnle-ac.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Leistung_-150x35.png 150w, https:\/\/www.kuehnle-ac.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Leistung_-768x180.png 768w, https:\/\/www.kuehnle-ac.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Leistung_-624x146.png 624w, https:\/\/www.kuehnle-ac.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Leistung_.png 1008w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 625px) 100vw, 625px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Test 2: VO2max-Intervalle<\/h3>\n<p>Diesmal gibt es keine Tabelle, sondern 2 Leistungsdiagramme aus Goldencheetah. Das erste Diagramm zeigt den Zeitabschnitt bis etwa Minute 40 mit 8 x 15 Sekunden ~ 460 W und danach 5 x 1 Minute ~ 340 W.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1156 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kuehnle-ac.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/P2M_PT_Teil1-1200x647.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"625\" height=\"337\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kuehnle-ac.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/P2M_PT_Teil1-1200x647.png 1200w, https:\/\/www.kuehnle-ac.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/P2M_PT_Teil1-300x162.png 300w, https:\/\/www.kuehnle-ac.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/P2M_PT_Teil1-150x81.png 150w, https:\/\/www.kuehnle-ac.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/P2M_PT_Teil1-768x414.png 768w, https:\/\/www.kuehnle-ac.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/P2M_PT_Teil1-624x337.png 624w, https:\/\/www.kuehnle-ac.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/P2M_PT_Teil1.png 1394w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 625px) 100vw, 625px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Insbesondere bei den 340er Intervallen fiel mir auf, dass die PT-Nabe wesentliche h\u00f6here Werte liefert als der P2M, im Schnitt war die Differenz etwa 30 Watt, also um die 9 Prozent. Dies deckt sich nicht mit den moderaten Abweichungen des ersten Tests. Daher habe ich nach etwa 39 Minuten f\u00fcr wenige Sekunden pausiert, damit sich der P2M neu Nullen konnte. Es scheint also eine gewisse Drift beim P2M zu geben, die durch die Auto-Zero-Funktion ausgeglichen werden kann.<\/p>\n<h3>Test 3: Schwellenintervalle<\/h3>\n<p>Einheit mit 3 x 12 Minuten Schwellenkreuzen, also der f\u00fcrs Zeitfahren relevante Bereich.
